Punch speed – Measured in how many punches you throw per minute. This shows you how fast you are punching.
Punch effort – Combines the speed and power of each punch to give you your effort output percentage. This shows you how hard you are working.

I was in a bit of a rut before starting with my Boxx+ workouts but so far I haven’t missed a week and find myself looking forward to my workouts. I even take my Punch Pods with me to use with the bag in the gym!
