Jab, cross, hook, uppercut. See just how many punches you throw in each class. Not only does this help boost motivation, seeing the total number of punches thrown at the end of class is great reminder that you showed up for yourself!

See your speed

See how quickly you are throwing your punches. Perfect for those speed rounds. Speed comes with practice (increased strength and form) so over time is a great way to track your progress.

Track your effort

Your effort level is calculated based on how much effort you put in, not your fitness level. Effort-based training allows everyone to compete in our Live Leaderboard classes, whatever your fitness level or strength. Perfect for some friendly competition.

Earn Boxx Points

The more effort you put in, the more points you can earn. Why? With a target amount of points to achieve per week (based on the World Health Organisation guidelines), we help you ensure you are hitting your recommended weekly levels of exercise.
